By accessing or using GarageDoorsPRO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GarageDoorsPRO is a field service management platform designed for garage door companies. The Service includes job management, customer management, invoicing, scheduling, inventory tracking, and team management.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GarageDoorsPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
